Property Search Service

What is the difference between a “Property Finder” and an “Estate Agent” ?

An Estate Agent is contracted by the vendor of a property to sell their property for the best price achievable.

An Estate Agent will have a selection of properties for sale, whereas, a Property Finder will have access to properties from several estate agents, developers and private sellers who they have developed professional relationships with, so they have a larger selection of properties to consider on behalf of their buyer client.

A “Property Finder” works on behalf of the person who wants to buy property, they listen to their client’s requirements in details, then they start to research suitable properties to present to the buyer.

Usually, a buyer will view properties that have been short-listed  by the Property Finder, when the buyer decides to proceed with purchasing a property, the “Property Finder” will negotiate with the vendor or the authorised agent on behalf of the buyer to achieve a fair price and terms of purchase, this service represents the best interests of the buyer throughout the entire process of searching and completing on a sale.
