Before we start the search process for our clients we arrange a complimentary, 30 minute telephone consultation, so we can talk to them to listen and really understand exactly what they are looking for, then, if we agree to work together we start to streamline the search process for them with the aim of finding a property that satisfies their specific requirements.

Quite often, the original property requirements change as the search begins, this is why it is important that our clients are totally honest with us about any changes to their requirements as we work together to achieve their goals

Our Fees

Our fee structure will be discussed during our initial conversation when we discuss your property requirements and expectations together

After we have been instructed to work for a client we require an advance payment of £500 for each property search we conduct, this is a retainer to assist with our expenses during the search process.

This fee will be deducted from our final fee after the property search is complete
