With 5 spacious bedrooms, this stunning property is ideal for larger groups and families, as a heated pool*, games room and children’s play area provide hours of entertainment for all generations. You enter the property via an external tiled staircase leading from the pool terrace, here you’ll find the ground-floor rooms, including the kitchen, living room and three bedrooms. The cosy living room has large patio doors letting in floods of natural light and offering distant sea views of the Mediterranean. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, whilst a dining area is surrounded by wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows, offering spectacular views whilst enjoying a spot of lunch indoors. There’s a master bedroom on the ground floor, complete with a king-size bed and a shower ensuite, whilst a further double and twin room share a family bathroom.

The lower ground floor is where we find a further two bedrooms, two double ensuites and a must-see games room, featuring a pool table, foosball, a bar and a chill-out area. There’s also a bunk bed on this level, situated between the two bedrooms with interconnecting doors, however, this bedroom is only suitable for children under the age of 12. 

The terrace and garden is where you’re likely to spend most of your time, topping up your tan by the heated* pool or whipping up a fresh feast of grilled goodies on the brick-built BBQ. For the kids, there’s also a children’s play area at the top of the garden shaded by evergreen trees. Split over two levels, you have the pool terrace on the lower level, and the garden via stairs at the top. Surrounded by a volcanic wall and exotic trees, this slice of haven is ideal for a day spent by the pool.
