Located just a short drive from the inland town of Benissa, we find Finca Naya. A gorgeous large villa set within extensive grounds and boasting six magnificent bedrooms. A local supermarket and traditional restaurant are a short stroll away, where you can try local slow-cooked dishes and stock up on fresh produce for your BBQ feasts. For more variety, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to picking your favourite local town. Both the coastal towns of Moraira and Calpe offer an array of international cuisines, must-try tapas, and cool cocktail bars for adventure-fuelled days out and fun-filled evenings. 

For alfresco dining, then Finca Naya is ideal. A large red stone terrace boasts two large dining tables, surrounded by floral bushes and towering palm trees. There’s a cosy covered cooking area, complete with a garden sofa, portable BBQ and a sink. Alternatively, if you prefer soaking up the sun to cooking, then look no further than the pool terrace. Lined with reclining sun loungers, parasols and a shaded straw terrace, this sunny spot is great for topping up your tan in style. If you look closely, you can even spot the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. 

Split over two levels, you’ll find a dining room that leads off the terrace. Sliding patio doors flood this room with natural light, meaning you can enjoy your meals inside, whilst getting the experience of alfresco dining. This villa is bursting with colour, with splashes of blues, reds and greens, whilst white-washed walls and grey floor tiles keep the interiors modern yet neutral. Great for larger groups, you’ll find two kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, meaning you can cook separately if you wish. There’s a comfy open-plan living room and six spacious bedrooms, all ensuite with a private washroom and cool air conditioning. The first floor is accessed via an external stone staircase, whilst there’s a further separate annex twin room with shower en-suite off the rear terrace. For the 13th and 14th guests, Finca Naya features a chill-out room with a sofa bed leading off bedroom one on the ground floor.
