Villa Alegre is located in a prime location, just a 20-minute walk into the very heart of the historic town of Pollensa. Arguably, one of the most beautiful towns on the island, this bustling resort sits at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountain range. The market square, Plaza Mayor, sits in the very centre and is the beating heart of this pretty town, where you’ll find local restaurants, busy bars and the famous Calvari Steps.

Villa Alegre is a traditional three-bedroom villa, full of charm and character. The garden and terrace is where you’ll probably spend most of your time. There’s a sun lounger each, ideal for topping up your tan under the warm sunshine, or why not take shade with a good book under the terrace. An ever-green garden surrounds the pool, and at 8 metres long, it’s the ideal size for a splash around with the kids. 

Inside, a cosy living room with beamed ceilings and wooden windows leads onto a dining room and through to the kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the appliances you’d expect, including a fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There’s three bedrooms in total, one double, one twin and one bedroom with a single bed with a pull out section for a sixth guest. Inside, there’s a family bathroom, whilst the shower room outside requires external access.
