A five-minute drive from Calheta Beach and Marina, there’s plenty to do and see on your doorstep, not to mention all the amenities you’ll need during your stay, including two sandy beaches, a great choice of restaurants and bars, and a supermarket. The Casa Mundas Art Centre is also close by, and well worth a visit! Slightly further afield, Madiera’s capital, Funchai, is just a 25-minute drive away or can be easily reached on a local bus service.
The property itself can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, with three bedrooms, two of which are king size and one twin, as well as two bathrooms and one W.C. The open plan living space boasts incredible sea views, as well as doors opening out onto the south-facing garden.
When you step outside, you’ll discover an impressive pool deck, with outdoor furniture, a large pool, and sun loungers. There’s also a shaded area with a built-in BBQ, dining table, and chairs – perfect for al fresco evening meals as the sun goes down.
For indoor cooking and dining, the modern kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an induction hob, oven and microwave. Once your meal is ready, gather around the dining table, pull up a chair, and enjoy!
There’s certainly no shortage of entertainment on-site – as well as the smart TV in the living area, there’s also a dedicated games room with a ping pong table and darts board.
