Located just a short stroll from the nearest coastal beach, Villa Andreas is ideal for those who want to catch the waves. A handful of local tavernas, ice cream shops and convenience stores are a little further along the coast, but still within walking distance, making Villa Andreas ideal for those who don’t want to hire a car. 

The terracotta poolside terrace is a great spot for lazy days by the pool, relaxing in style with a cocktail or two as the sun shines. There are multiple reclining sunloungers, and a cosy garden sofa for afternoon reading or a morning coffee. At night the terrace and garden light up with vintage-style mini lamp posts and an illuminated pool, a wonderful sight to see whilst you enjoy an evening meal cooked up on the brick-built BBQ.

Inside, the villa is split into two levels. The ground floor has a large kitchen, with mahogany cabinets and beige tiles. There’s a cosy living room and a snug area with a smart TV, great for movie nights with the kids. A double bedroom with access to a separate shower room completes the ground floor. Upstairs we find the remaining three bedrooms, all with ensuites and cool air conditioning. Two bedrooms share a balcony terrace sharing views across the tree tops and the Mediterranean Sea in the far distance.
