This seafront villa set in its own beautiful mature garden is just 11kms from the stunning historical city of Chania. Situated on the edge of the Akrotiri area of Chania Province, the open sea views are available from the pool and terrace areas, as well as from the main living area of this villa. Kalathas’ sandy beach is just a few metres away, take a short stroll where you can find sunbeds and parasols for rent on the shore and swim in the beautiful clear water, as well as enjoy drinks and snacks at the beachside taverna.

Villa Anemos Kalathas offers a stunning swimming pool overlooking the sea and plenty of sunbathing areas on the lawn and paved terrace areas as well as a shaded barbecue and al fresco dining area from which you can enjoy the gorgeous view and some stunning sunsets.

Three bedrooms, one double and two singles, with two shower rooms complete the accommodation in the main house. A further bedroom with bunk style single beds and its own shower room is located in the lower garden area reached by exterior steps only. This is therefore not suitable for young children on their own but is ideal for older kids, teenagers and young adults.
