The property is accessed via the entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs leads up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet, lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. From the lounge area patio doors lead on to a terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Furnishings throughout are of a very good standard in a contemporary style. From the lounge/dining area a staircase leads up to a roof terrace from which there are stunning panoramic views.
