A few minutes’ drive leads you to cultural hotspot Ciutadella with charming narrow streets to explore, a magnificent cathedral, wonderful architecture and not forgetting the many delightful bars and restaurants on offer. A couple of minutes in the opposite direction lies the popular resort of Cala en Forcat with 3 pretty sandy coves and a selection of bars and restaurants with live music and children’s play areas.
The villa itself is light and airy, with sloped ceilings boasting charming wooden beams throughout. There are three bedrooms, one of which has en-suite facilities and a second bathroom for the family to share. The kitchen is well equipped for all your needs whilst outside you will find a portable barbecue and comfortable terrace furniture… perfect for al fresco dining. The private pool is a much-loved feature of the villa where you can cool off from the hot Mediterranean sun, or lounge on a sunbed with your favourite book… paradise.
