A short drive away from the beautiful town of Pollensa you will find Villa Granoters. This one storey, stone built villa has three bedrooms and one bathroom, with it’s picturesque backdrop, you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun rise from behind the mountains, and fill the Spanish sky.
Off the terrace is a comfortable lounge and dining area, with windows overlooking the garden. The separate kitchen is equipped with essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. All three bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning, to make those hot nights more settled. The villa has one bathroom with an overhead shower, basin and toilet, and a separate guest toilet.
Outside houses a covered terrace with alfresco dining facilities and a brick BBQ. Your very own private pool has roman steps and a poolside shower, once you have cooled off you can bask in the sun on the provided pool loungers.
Outside there are also steps leading to a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of the Tramontana, it also houses plenty of off-road car parking.
The villa is car recommended due to it’s location, however many beautiful attractions are just a short drive away, take a trip into Pollensa Old town, with it’s rich history and stunning blonde coloured buildings and sip a local drink in one of the many cafes. If your more of a beach lover, there is a coast lined filled with golden sandy beaches a car ride away.
