Like its sister property Son Saura, Villa Macarelleta provides a fabulous getaway for those wanting to enjoy the popular resort of Cala’n Foract. Whilst there’s plenty to do in Cala’n Forcat, the historic Ciutadella is only a short 10-minute drive away. If you like history and culture, then a trip to the Ciutadella is definitely for you, as ancient churches, cobbled backstreets, and heritage museums are a must-see.
Villa Macarelleta is a stunning recently refurbished property, boasting an elegant poolside terrace with a natural stone patio and a refreshing 7m pool. Surrounded by a pretty garden fence, this terrace boasts alfresco dining facilities, ideal for a spot of lunch under the glistening sunshine.
Inside, this quaint property is spread over two floors. The ground floor features a contemporary dining room, boasting a fabulous smart TV and access to a cosy kitchen filled with all the latest appliances. The kitchen also boasts direct access to an exterior utility room where you’ll find a washing machine, basin and washing line. Ideal for keeping up with your laundry whilst on holiday. We also find the first two bedrooms on this floor, one twin and one double room, both sharing a full family bathroom.
Upstairs we find the master bedroom, complete with a double bed, private ensuite and access to a shared balcony terrace. All bedrooms come complete with cooling air conditioning, a must-have for those warm Spanish nights. Lastly, the first floor boasts a cosy lounge featuring a sofa bed, smart TV and access to the balcony terrace that overlooks the pool.
