What a fabulous location for a holiday villa! Villa Nikita is within walking distance of Menorca’s longest stretch of gold sand at Sou Bou. With three kilometres of shoreline, you’ll be spoilt for choice as to where to sunbathe!
Designed in traditional Menorcan style, this three-bedroom is all on one level, blending in with its surroundings. A large extended archway houses an outdoor lounge and the pool runs the entire breadth of the villa. There is also an additional pergola to provide shade for the dining table and chairs. A traditional Spanish BBQ sits in the garden, waiting for you to grill up some calamari and prawns.
The interior has a real ‘home from home’ feel, with comfortable sofas, an inviting kitchen and cosy wooden beds. There are two bathrooms, one is shared, the other is en suite and decked out with beautiful mosaic tiles.
Situated in the peaceful village of San Jaime, Villa Nikita offers a peaceful base near to all amenities, restaurants and bars. If you’re walking down to Sou Bou, you can have some fun in the sun with lots of water sports on offer. There is a mini-train here for the little ones and the ocean is warm and shallow.
