This beautiful character property is located just 1.4km outside the old town of Ciutadella, which was once the capital of Menorca. Full of history and culture Ciutadella is well worth a visit with a beautiful port crammed with restaurants, hand crafted night stalls, weekly markets selling fresh produce and much more.

The accommodation is deceptively spacious having three twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms, one of which on the first floor has en-suite facilities. There is a lovely living/dining room leading to a fully fitted kitchen as well as a separate sitting room with flat screen TV.

Outside, the covered terrace leads to a large sun terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers followed by the swimming pool and extending to lawns with fruit trees and mature vegetable gardens which are lovingly tended by the owners. The villa has retained much of its character and features such as a Built-in Barbeque which is perfect for al-fresco dining.
