Just 200 metres (2 minutes’ walk) to the glorious beach at Afantou, with beach front restaurants and a few minimarkets, this idyllic Rhodes holiday villa has a top notch location. Afantou Beach Villa is beautifully secluded in its own large garden, fully fenced and looks across open land directly to the sea.

The newly added pool takes pride of place surrounded by a stone paved terrace with a large area of grass, and a very cosy shaded sitting area on the garden level is the perfect place to enjoy a cool drink and keep an eye on the children playing in the pool. This area also offers a built in barbecue and garden. All the accommodation is on the upper level, reached by a flight of exterior steps leading onto a wide balcony with comfortable seating and al fresco dining. Naturally from here you get the best of the view.

The interior of Afantou Beach Villa has been refurbished recently and it is bright, modern and attractive with some pretty touches provided by Sofia, the lovely lady who owns and looks after the house.

The main double bedroom also has access to a private balcony on the side of the villa. An eighth person could be accommodated on the sofa/seating unit in the living room if needed.

All in all, we think this is the ideal spot for your Rhodes summer holiday, right by the beach, but just over 1km from Afantou with its wide choice of shops, cafés and restaurants as well as an ATM, chemist and everything you would expect in a small town.
