This delightful modern detached villa is located in front of the sea facing on to a natural beach in a quite cul-de-sac having superb views towards Puerto Pollensa and across the bay to Bonaire. The centre of Alcudia old town or Puerto Pollensa is just a few minutes drive away, with local shops and restaurants nearby.

Villa Casa Alcudia Uno is a large villa, featuring six bedrooms, accomodating up to twelve guests. It comes with a lounge and fully equipped kitchen on each of the two floors to allow ample room for guests to relax and prepare food, each one of the six bedrooms is fitted with air conditioning for comfort during those warm Spanish nights.

Why not hire a car and visit some of the many gems on the island, Port d’Alcudia is an 8-10 minute drive away, where you will find over 10mk of golden sandy beaches, or head 8-10 minutes in the opposite direction to find the golden sandy beaches and port of port de Pollenca. (timings are aprox). Or if you like historical areas, Alcúdia is a perfectly restored walled city on the site of a Roman settlement with remains of ancient houses and a theatre. The maze of narrow streets enclosed by medieval battlements has been carefully restored as part of Mallorca’s new tourist image.
