Sliding partition doors lead onto the dining room, again, with large patio doors leading to the stunning pool terrace. Continue through as a stone archway leads to the cosy living room, with floral furnishings and striking views of the Tramuntana Mountains. Two bedrooms, one twin and one double are minimalistic in style. The double has patio doors to the pool terrace whilst the twin room has air conditioning and a single door to the side terrace. They both share a large family bathroom, with a sunken bathtub, shower and double basins.
Outside, there’s a separate annex compromising of two bedrooms and a living/kitchen area. Both bedrooms have patio doors to the terrace and both come with their own private shower ensuite. The double room also features a small living area, with comfortable seating and a coffee table. The twin room has access to a small living area and kitchenette, making this ideal for couples who want their own space away from the main house. Please note, these two bedrooms have a locked interconnecting door which can be unlocked on request.
Can it get any better? Head to the pool terrace where you’ll find a 7.5x4m pool and an outdoor sauna. The alfresco dining sits on the cobbled terrace next to the brick-built BBQ. Try your hand at grilling some delicious fresh prawns on the BBQ, accompanied with a crisp salad and fresh baguette, washed down with a glass of local white wine. From the terrace, there are even more stunning views of the dominating mountain range in the distance. A day by the pool has never looked so good.
A short 20-minute walk takes you into the very heart of Pollensa old town, steeped in history and well known for its delicious street food, this ancient town is well worth a trip.
