Location is key and this is what makes this brand new villa extra special! Completed in early 2020 Villa Wave I, and its sister Villa Wave II, is in a prime location, just a short walk down to the Rubicon Marina, housing international and local restaurants along with a modern-day shopping centre.
As you step into the grounds of this luxury villa, you will notice welcome added extras, such as mini golf running alongside the house, as well as a ping pong table – perfect for outdoor living.
On entering the villa you will find yourself in the stylishly finished kitchen, looking out over the private pool and grounds. It offers all modern-day equipment, great if you fancy trying your hand at local cooking whilst on your holiday. The open-plan lounge is just ahead of you, decorated in a minimalistic style – it gives a great feeling of space. There is a dining area along with two two-seater sofas and a wall mounted flat screen TV showing international channels for your entertainment.
Villa Wave I has two bedrooms. First you have the Master double bedroom which includes a spacious ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom is a twin with a freestanding wardrobe, finished off to a high spec. Both rooms offer much-welcomed air conditioning and impressive electric blinds.
There is a separate bathroom also containing an ultra-modern shower.
Back into the main hub of the villa and you have the french doors of the lounge that lead you nicely back outside to an open terrace that wraps around the house. Here your very own pool awaits! It is the same depth throughout and has access from both ends offering that extra safety and convenience.
You can also be safe in the knowledge that the high walls of the grounds offer you that extra bit of privacy for you to enjoy your break with your loved ones in complete peace.
The villas have the added bonus of being directly connected via a garden gate enabling larger families and groups to enjoy these beautiful properties together. The gate can also be locked if necessary.
To top it all off, the Wave Villas have the added bonus of being car optional with everything on your doorstep.
