Villa Xaloc is situated in the beautiful town of Port d’Addaia, only a 25-minute drive from Menorca’s airport. Port d’Addaia is located in a picturesque inlet, creating a stunning natural harbour.
The terrace at Villa Xaloc is welcoming and backs onto open fields giving you an insight into the peaceful surrounding landscape. There’s both an open and a covered terrace with garden furniture and alfresco dining facilities, surrounded by evergreen bushes creating an enclosed garden. There’s a brick-built BBQ at the end of the garden, so why not cook up some tasty fresh fish and unwind with a glass of wine in the evening.
Inside Villa Xaloc you’ll find a modern open plan living and dining area with doors to the terrace. The large flat-screen TV is definitely the centerpiece in the room! Just off the dining area, you’ll see the kitchen, adequate in size and full of all your essentials including a dishwasher. Washing up won’t be an issue on your holiday! Continue through and you’ll come to the four bedrooms, two doubles and two twins. There’s also three shower rooms shared between all guests.
